This public offer (hereinafter — the «Offer») is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons and, in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, constitutes a public offer of individual entrepreneur OSMANOV ALEKSEY VALERYEVICH (TIN 540551581167), hereinafter — the «Seller».

Acceptance of the Offer shall mean the Buyer: registering in the Pluginhub.pro service, placing and paying for an order, and confirming agreement with the terms upon registration.

Subject of the Offer: granting the right to use software products (licenses) on the terms specified in the product description and the Terms of Service.

Price, currency and payment procedure are determined at the time the order is placed in the service interface. An electronic receipt or other payment document is provided to the Buyer as required by Russian law and the rules of payment systems.

The relationship of the parties is also governed by the Terms of Service (the «Terms of Service» page), Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and the Seller's details published on the website.
