Public Offer (Terms of Service)
Terms of use for Pluginhub.pro: licenses, bonus rubles, referral and partner programs. This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") defines the terms of use of the Pluginhub.pro service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), owned by individual entrepreneur Osmanov A.V. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor").
Acceptance of this Offer is registration on the Service and/or making a purchase. By accepting the Offer, the User confirms that they have read the terms of the Offer and accept them in full.
The loyalty program (bonus rubles), referral program, and Partner status are an integral part of the Offer; additional detail may appear on a published "Bonus program rules" page.
Licenses are issued per user and can be bound to one or more domains.
Updates and support are included during the active license period.
Abuse, reselling, or tampering with license checks results in revocation.
1. Subject of the Offer
The Contractor provides the User with access to the Service to purchase software licenses
The Contractor undertakes to provide license keys and technical support in accordance with the terms of the Offer

Prices are indicated in rubles (RUB) or US dollars (USD) depending on the region

Chargebacks may suspend licenses

6. Bonus rubles (loyalty program)
"Bonus rubles" are internal loyalty units shown in the User's account on the Service.
Bonus rubles are not money, cannot be exchanged for currency, transferred to third parties, or withdrawn from the account; they may only be spent toward orders on the Service within the limits allowed by the functionality.
Bonus rubles may only be used to pay for goods (software licenses from the catalog) and services available for order on the Service.
Per order, no more than thirty percent (30%) of the order amount may be paid with bonus rubles; the remainder is paid with money.
Purchase cashback is credited as a percentage of the paid order: up to RUB 15,000 inclusive — 3%; above 15,000 up to 30,000 inclusive — 5%; above 30,000 up to 50,000 inclusive — 7%; above 50,000 — 10%. The Contractor may change the scale by publishing updated rules on the Service.
Additional credits (manual bonuses, contributions, bug reports, etc.) follow rules shown in the Service UI or notifications.
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the bonus balance may be adjusted (reversing accruals or restoring spent bonuses) according to Service logic and applicable law.
Partner accounts do not accrue or use bonus rubles (see section 8).
7. Referral program
Users may invite new Users via a personal referral link or other means provided by the Service.
A one-time reward in bonus rubles may be credited for a successful referral registration (currently 500 bonus rubles), subject to good faith and no abuse.
From each paid order of the invited User, the referrer may receive five percent (5%) of that order amount in bonus rubles.
Referral rewards do not apply if the referrer is a Partner; rewards may also be excluded for orders under the partner model where the Service logic so provides.
The Contractor may verify transactions for fraud; violations may void rewards and end program participation.
Reward amounts and limits may change; current terms are published on the Service and/or in the account.
8. Partner program and relations with Partners
Partner status is granted after application and Contractor approval; partner pricing is available only for an approved Partner account.
The Partner provides accurate company details (name, address, TIN, OGRN/OGRNIP, bank details, and other required fields) and documents on request; data must be kept up to date.
Approved Partners receive a thirty-five percent (35%) discount on plugin license prices from catalog list prices in rubles unless the product page states otherwise. The Partner discount does not apply to services (implementation, support, custom work, etc.) — those are charged at standard Service rates without the Partner discount.
Partners purchase licenses and services for their business, including resale or sublicensing to end clients as permitted by the product license; software license terms are set by the Contractor and the product license documents.
Partners do not receive or use bonus rubles (cashback, referral rewards, or other consumer bonuses); paying with bonus rubles is not available for Partners.
The Partner must not mislead clients about Pluginhub.pro or software rights, must not harm the Service's reputation, and must comply with applicable law including advertising and personal data rules.
The Contractor may deny, suspend, or terminate Partner status for breach of the Offer, inaccurate data, fraud, or other material reasons, with notice to the Partner's contacts.
Billing, closing documents, and tax accounting between Partner and Contractor follow Russian law and agreed practice; document requests use contacts from the Service requisites section.
