Description

Requirements

- WordPress 5.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- Contact Form 7 (activated)
- A retailCRM account with API access

Installation

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate the plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to the plugin settings (CF7 → retailCRM)
4. Enter the URL of your retailCRM store and the API key
5. Set up integration for each Contact Form 7

Customization

Basic settings

1. API URL: The URL of your retailCRM store (for example: https://yourstore.retailcrm.ru )
2. API key: The API key can be obtained in the Administration → Integration → API section

Setting up the form

For each form, Contact Form 7 can be configured:

1. Customer Fields: Mapping form fields to customer fields in retailCRM
- Email
   - Phone number
   - Name
   - Last name
   - Patronymic

2. Order Fields: Mapping form fields to order fields
   - Comment
   - Products (format: name|price|quantity)

3. Custom Fields: Mapping to custom retailCRM
Customer fields
   - Order fields

4. Order Settings: Default values
   - Order status
   - Payment type
   - Type of delivery

Automatic data transmission

The plugin automatically transmits the following data:

- UTM parameters from the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content)
- Roistat visit from cookie (roistat_visit)

This data is saved in the custom order fields.

Logging

All API requests are logged in the Logs section. You can:

- View the history of shipments
- See the status (successful/error)
- View details of requests and responses
- Track the IDs of created orders and customers

Licensing

The plugin supports a licensing system. To activate:

1. Get the license key
2. Enter it in the plugin settings
3. Click "Activate License"
