Description

The Gravity Forms — amoCRM plugin provides full integration between Gravity Forms and the amoCRM CRM system. The plugin supports the creation of transactions, contacts, non-sorted items, as well as the automatic creation of tasks.

1. Download the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-amocrm/ folder
2. Activate the plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to the plugin settings: Gravity Forms → amoCRM
4. Configure the OAuth connection to amoCRM
5. Configure each form in the Form Settings section

Customization

1. OAuth connection

1. Go to the settings of your amoCRM account
2. Create a new integration
3. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret
4. Paste them into the plugin settings
5. Click "Connect to amoCRM"

2. Setting up forms

For each Gravity Forms form, you can configure the following:

- Entity type: Deal, Unassigned, Contact
- Funnel and status: Select the funnel and initial status
- Responsible user: Assign a responsible user
- Field mapping: Map form fields to amoCRM fields
- Submission mode: Immediate or delayed
- Task creation: Automatically create tasks for deals
- Tracking: Configure UTM, GA, and roistat fields

Functions

Creating deals

When you submit a form, a deal is created in amoCRM with the specified funnel and status. An existing contact is automatically created or found and linked to the deal.

Creating contacts

A contact is created automatically based on the form data (name, email, and phone number). If the contact already exists (by email or phone number), it will be found and updated. Unassigned

Support for creating unassigned items via API v4 

(SIRA).

Tasks

Automatic creation of tasks for deals with customizable text and due dates. Tracking

- UTM parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content
- Google Analytics: Client ID from the _ga cookie
- Roistat: Value from the roistat_visit cookie

Resending

The ability to resend form entries to amoCRM via the entry interface.
