WooCommerce Bitrix24 Integration

A full-fledged WooCommerce integration plugin with Bitrix24 CRM. Allows you to synchronize orders, buyers, leads, and transactions between WooCommerce and Bitrix24.

Description

The plugin provides two-way data synchronization between your online store on WooCommerce and CRM Bitrix24. All orders are automatically created in Bitrix24 in the form of leads or deals, and status changes are synchronized in both directions.

Requirements

- WordPress 5.8 or higher
- WooCommerce 5.0 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- Bitrix24 (cloud or boxed version, except for the free tariff)

Installation

1. Upload the plugin to the /wp-content/plugins directory/
2. Activate the plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to WooCommerce → Bitrix24 to configure

Customization

1. Connect to Bitrix24

1. Log in to your Bitrix24
2. Go to Settings → Development → Incoming webhooks
3. Create a new webhook with rights to:
- CRM (read and write)
- Profile (read)
4. Copy the webhook URL
5. Paste the URL in the plugin settings

2. Setting up synchronization

- Select the type of entity: Lead or Transaction
- Set up the sending mode: immediately or with delay
- Select the transaction category (if you use transactions)
- Set up milestones (stages) for leads/deals

3. Setting up the data

Enable sending the necessary data:
- UTM parameters (automatically)
- Analytics cookies (GA, Roistat, Yandex Metrika, Facebook)
- Order coupons
- Order notes
- Seller data (Dokan, WC Marketplace)
- PDF vouchers
