Requirements

- WordPress 5.8 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- WooCommerce 5.0 or higher
- Pipedrive account with API token

Installation

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
2. Activate the plugin via the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Pipedrive CRM
4. Enter your API token and the Pipedrive company domain
5. Set up the default funnel and stage
6. Save the settings

Customization

Getting the Pipedrive API token

1. Log in to your Pipedrive account
2. Go to Settings > Personal > API
3. Copy your API token
4. Insert the token into the plugin settings

Setting up the funnel and stage

1. After entering the API token and domain, click "Load Pipelines"
2. Select the desired funnel from the list
3. Click "Load Stages" to load the stages
4. Select the default stage for new deals

Mapping of user fields

1. Click "Load Custom Fields from Pipedrive"
2. Select the appropriate WooCommerce fields for each Pipedrive field
3. Save the settings

Using

Automatic synchronization

After configuring the plugin automatically:
- Creates a deal in Pipedrive when placing a new order
- Creates or updates a contact (person) in Pipedrive
- Creates or updates an organization (campaign) in Pipedrive
- Sends data about the goods in the transaction note
- Tracks and sends UTM parameters
- Sends GA Client ID (if available)

Manual synchronization

You can manually synchronize the order:
1. Open the order in WooCommerce
2. In the sidebar, find the "Pipedrive CRM" block
3. Click the "Sync to Pipedrive" button

Mass synchronization

1. Go to WooCommerce > Pipedrive CRM
2. Select filters (order status, dates)
3. Click "Start Bulk Sync"
4. Monitor the synchronization progress
