Integration of Wpforms and pipedrive

The WordPress plugin connects these systems: transfer of leads and orders, synchronization of statuses and directories. It is suitable for typical automation scenarios without modifying the core of the site.

Description

The plugin integrates WPForms forms with Pipedrive CRM and allows you to create leads, deals, and activities when submitting forms.

Requirements

- WordPress 5.8+  
- PHP 7.4+  
- Installed and active WPForms
- Pipedrive CRM and API Token  
- Valid license Pluginhub.pro

Installation

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
2. Activate the plugin in the "Plugins" section.
3. Enter the license key in Settings → General → Pluginhub License Key.
4. Go to the WPForms → Pipedrive Integration menu.

Customization

1. General Settings

Open the <strong>General</strong> tab and specify:

- Pipedrive API token — the API token from the Pipedrive settings.

The Pluginhub license status is displayed on the same tab.

2. Setting up Forms

In the <strong>Forms</strong> tab, select the required form and open the integration settings:

- Enable integration — enable sending to Pipedrive.
- Mode — what to create: Lead, Deal, Activity or Deal + Activity.
- Pipeline and Stage — the funnel and stage of the transaction.
- Owner is a responsible Pipedrive user.
- Field mapping — mapping WPForms fields to Pipedrive entities:
- Person
  - Organization
  - Deal
  - Lead
  - Activity
- UTM mapping — binding of UTM tags (source/medium/campaign/content/term).
- GA Client ID — matching the field with Google Analytics Client ID.
- Roistat — mapping the field to roistat_visit.

Save the settings with the <strong>Save integration settings</strong> button.

3. Logs

The request and error log is available in the <strong>Logs</strong> tab.

Pluginhub License

- The license key is domain-linked, no separate activation is required.
- Verification is performed via https://pluginhub.pro/api/license/check .
- The key is stored in Settings → General → Pluginhub License Key.
