Bonus Program Terms of Use

These Bonus Program Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") define the rules for accrual, use and expiration of bonus points (hereinafter — "Bonuses") in the Pluginhub.pro service (hereinafter — "Service"), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Osmanov A.V. (hereinafter — "Contractor").

Bonuses are virtual currency of the Service and may be used exclusively to pay for goods and services provided by the Contractor within the Service.

Bonuses are not monetary funds, are not exchangeable for monetary funds, cannot be transferred to third parties and are not subject to withdrawal from the user's account.

Use of Bonuses means full and unconditional consent of the User to these Terms.

1. Bonus Accrual

Purchase cashback: 7% of the paid order amount is credited to the bonus balance after successful payment

Bug reports: bonuses are awarded for reporting found errors in plugins (amount determined by Contractor)

Documentation contribution: bonuses are awarded for improving guides and documentation (amount determined by Contractor)

Referral program: bonuses are awarded for attracting new users (amount determined by Contractor)

Manual accrual: Contractor may award bonuses in exceptional cases at its discretion

Bonus refund: when an order is refunded, previously awarded bonuses are deducted from the balance

2. Bonus Usage

Bonuses may be used to pay for goods and services within the Service

Maximum discount amount using bonuses is 20% of the order amount (unless otherwise specified)

Minimum order amount for using bonuses may be set by Contractor

Minimum bonus redemption amount may be set by Contractor

Bonuses are applied automatically when placing an order if the user selects the corresponding option

Bonuses cannot be used to pay for part of an order if the final amount after applying bonuses is less than the minimum order amount

3. Bonus Expiration

Bonuses do not have an expiration date and do not expire automatically

Bonuses may be deducted by Contractor in case of abuse, fraud or violation of Service terms of use

When an order is refunded, used bonuses are returned to the user's balance

When an order is cancelled, used bonuses are returned to the user's balance

4. Limitations

Bonuses are not monetary funds and are not exchangeable for monetary funds

Bonuses cannot be transferred to third parties

Bonuses are not subject to withdrawal from the user's account

Bonuses may only be used to pay for goods and services within the Service

Contractor may change bonus accrual and usage rules, notifying users of changes

5. Liability

Contractor is not liable for loss of bonuses as a result of third party actions or technical failures

User is responsible for keeping access data to their account secure

Contractor may block or deduct bonuses upon detection of terms of use violations
