Refund Policy

Refund conditions for licenses and services.

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, most software licenses (especially named licenses or after key activation) are non-refundable, as the right to use has already been granted.

Refunds are possible only in exceptional cases within 14 days of purchase, if the plugin has not been activated and the license key has not been used.

If the plugin is activated or the license key has been applied, no refund is made, as the digital product has already been provided.

Refunds for services (custom development, setup) are possible only before work begins.

To request a refund, create a support ticket, specifying the order number and justification for the refund reason.
